What is a pass key?
A private code like CP-AB12-CD34-EF56. It's your login and your balance in one. Keep it safe — anyone with the key can spend the credit.
Do credits expire?
No. Use them today or next year.
What counts as "usage"?
Tokens — roughly ¾ of a word. You pay for the tokens you send and the tokens Claude writes back. Every reply shows its exact cost.
What if a request fails?
You're only charged for successful replies.
Can I get a refund?
Unused credit can be refunded on request. Contact the address in the footer once it's set up.
Is ClaudePass made by Anthropic?
